Safety Policies for COVID-19

We are committed to supporting our Community throughout this crisis and our Acupuncturist, Clinical Counsellor, Chiropractor, Kinesiologist, Nutritionist and Registered Massage Therapists (RMT), remain dedicated to your wellbeing.

Our Team at Therapy Now in Newton Surrey have been working hard to continue to keep the clinic sanitized and to provide safe environment within the clinic.

Due to risk of COVID-19 we encourage all patients who are sick, or experiencing symptoms such as fever, trouble breathing, coughing to call/text to reschedule your appointment at 604-401-0459. During this time we will be waiving our customary fees for late cancellations and rescheduling.

What to Expect for Your Appointment

When You Arrive

1) You will be emailed screening questions for COVID-19 symptoms 5 hours prior to coming for your appointment. Please have this filled out before you come to the clinic.

2) You will be administered hand cleansing supplies and a santized basket to keep all your belongings.

What We Look Like

For both our protection and yours, your therapist will be wearing personal protective equipment.

Behind the Scenes

All treatment tables and any items that are come into contact with patients and therapists during the treatment will be sanitized by industrial strength cleaners approved by the Provincial Health Officer.
