FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How Long is the Run?
Currently our runs are 20-30 minutes long. Depending on your speed it can be a 2km - 5km run.
Do we warm up and cool down before the run?
Yes, we do about 2-5 minute warm and and cool down before each run.
I'm a beginner runner. Is this something you would recommend?
Yes definitely! Our team adapts to who comes out. For beginner runners we have shorter distances and typically do a run-walk style.
What should I wear?
It all depends on the weather. During the spring season we do recommend you bring a light jacket as it can be chilly to start the run. Overdressing can make it quite uncomfortable as you can heat quickly once we start moving.
